Transportation costs to the agreed delivery point will either be included in the displayed selling price or specified separately in the commercial quotation.
3. Buyer's Responsibilities
For international shipments under DAP terms, the buyer is responsible for:
Import customs clearance procedures and associated costs;
Import duties, taxes and any applicable customs charges;
Port, customs and administrative fees payable by the buyer;
Unloading at the agreed DAP delivery point, where applicable;
Inland transportation from the agreed delivery terminal to the final delivery address;
Additional expenses arising from specific requirements imposed by local authorities, where attributable to the buyer.
4. Complete Delivery Service — Available Upon Request
Upon request, Bazar Mondiale may provide a separate quotation for additional services, including:
Customs clearance assistance;
Inland transportation services;
Final delivery to the customer's designated address.
These services are quoted separately based on the destination country, delivery location, shipment volume and applicable customs and logistics requirements.
Any additional services must be agreed upon and confirmed before execution.
5. Transfer of Risk
For shipments supplied under DAP terms, the risk of loss of or damage to the goods transfers to the buyer when the goods are placed at the buyer's disposal at the agreed destination, on the arriving means of transport, ready for unloading, in accordance with Incoterms® 2020.
These provisions are without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights and any tax or customs obligations imposed on the seller under applicable law.
